Psychotherapist, lcpc

It is my belief that therapy should revolve around the individual and be adapted to meet that individual's specific needs and concerns. Mental illness and behavioral health issues present differently in every individual which is why I focus on treating each person's specific needs. My experience spans vastly, from crisis work to therapy in numerous settings including, hospitals, communities, private practices and schools. Prior to completing my Masters in the US I studied in Italy which allowed me to view mental health in a different light and learn approaches to treatment such as water and music therapy.

I use an integrated approach which often includes CBT as well as other orientations. I practice in a variety of ways, ranging from traditional talk therapy to mindfulness to hands on approaches including play therapy and art therapy. I have experience working with individuals from different backgrounds of all ages.

Along with my MA in clinical psychology I have a Concentration in Clinical Child and Family Studies. I also have an emphasis in Neuropsychology and have been conducting Neuropsychiatric research for several years. I have a great deal of experience administering psychological measures, neurocognitive assessments, and structured clinical diagnostic interviews.
